If your child is scheduled for a well child visit and is NOT well, please notify our office as quickly as possible to change the nature of your child’s appointment or reschedule it. Your child will NOT BE SEEN for a well visit if they are ill.
**Effective immediately, we have begun phasing back in the use of our waiting room and phasing out some of our Covid pre-testing protocols. Our nurses and receptionists will advise the specific instructions for your child's visit. Those entering our building are no longer required to wear a mask, though it is strongly encouraged for those exhibiting ill symptoms such as a fever (100.4 or >) or a cough. We are happy to (finally!) be able to make some of these changes and ask for your continued patience as we work together to move forward.**
When you arrive for your appointment, you are welcome to immediately enter the building and check in at the front desk. However, if you prefer to remain in your vehicle until an exam room is ready, please text the numbers below:

We will text you back when your room is ready, and ask that you check in with the receptionist. At this time, all patients are entering and exiting through the main entrance.
Patient families picking up forms, prescriptions, or other visitors to the practice may come in the main entrance and check in at the front desk.
